Artificial Intelligence (AI)

SchoolSafe Systems may use trusted Artificial Intelligence tools to assist in reviewing documents, identifying areas for improvement and improving efficiency.

AI is used solely as a professional support tool. Every report, recommendation and opinion is reviewed and approved by Paul Shehean before it is issued to clients. AI does not replace professional judgement.

Where AI tools are used, SchoolSafe Systems takes reasonable steps to ensure information is processed securely and in accordance with UK data protection requirements.

Sharing your information

Your information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers supporting the operation of SchoolSafe Systems, including:

These organisations process data only on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Data retention

General enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Client records are normally retained for six years following completion of work.

Uploaded documents submitted for complimentary Policy Compliance Snapshots are normally deleted within three months unless ongoing work has been agreed or a longer retention period is requested by the client.
